Motion Center offers high-quality yoga, dance, and massage therapy in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere. We believe that yoga, dance, and massage therapy are appropriate for everyone, regardless of age or physical health. We strive to help
students and clients find the class or massage therapy style that is right for them. All
of our teachers and therapists share a commitment to growing in their practices and supporting students' exploration of yoga and dance. Our massage therapists are
licensed in Rhode Island, and hold special certifications all modalities they practice.

If the front door is locked, please us the intercom: press #5 and the CALL button to be buzzed in. Instructions can be found on the intercom.

Parking
On-street two hour metered (25¢/15min) and non-metered parking is available during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm). We keep quarters in the studio for meters, should you need change. Please do not park in the lot, as your car will be towed.

Before 8:30am, after 5pm and on weekends the lot is available for use, free of charge.
